(AFHCo) Working his way up to Vice President and Board Member. Recognizing his expertise and leadership capabilities he was recruited by Microsoft as the President of Microsoft Arabia. The criteria set by the Ministry of Labor for the success of this initiative were exceeded 2 to 3 times. 97% of the participants were employed in the local market immediately after completing the program and at very competitive salaries. The initiative was so successful that the ministry requested the company to expand the program a hundred-fold.
